Ingredients

  • 1 pack Creative Nature Banana Bread Mix
  • Bananas & butter as required on pack
  • 50g melted dark chocolate
  • 100g dairy free yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Method

  1. Mash 3 large bananas and add dairy-free butter
  2. Add Creative Nature Banana Bread mix
  3. Pour the mixture into a lined baking tray
  4. Bake in the air fryer for 25 minutes 
  5. In a bowl, mix together dairy-free yogurt with protein powder 
  6. In a jar, layer crumbled banana bread and the yogurt mix
  7. Pop into the freezer for 15 minutes before pouring melted dark chocolate to cover the top layer
  8. Pop back onto the freezer for 20-30 minutes 
  9. Use a spoon to crack the chocolate layer on top & enjoy!
