Ingredients
- 1x pack of Creative Nature Sticky Toffee Pudding Mix
- 50g apple sauce
- 80g dairy free spread
- 150ml plant milk
- 1/4 cup chopped dates
- 3 tbsp gluten free flour

Method
- In a bowl mix together the apple sauce, dairy free spread, plant milk, chopped dates and creative nature mix
- Pour the mixture into cupcake moulds
- Bake for 20 minutes before piping crosses
- In a separate bowl mix together 3 tablespoons of gluten free flour with 2 tablespoons of cold water
- Add this mixture into a piping bag.
- Using the gluten free mixture pipe crosses on top of each cupcake and bake for 10-15 minutes
