Ingredients

  • 1x pack of Creative Nature Sticky Toffee Pudding Mix
  • 50g apple sauce
  • 80g dairy free spread
  • 150ml plant milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped dates
  • 3 tbsp gluten free flour

Method

  1. In a bowl mix together the apple sauce, dairy free spread, plant milk, chopped dates and creative nature mix 
  2. Pour the mixture into cupcake moulds 
  3. Bake for 20 minutes before piping crosses
  4. In a separate bowl mix together 3 tablespoons of gluten free flour with 2 tablespoons of cold water
  5. Add this mixture into a piping bag.
  6. Using the gluten free mixture pipe crosses on top of each cupcake and bake for 10-15 minutes
