Method
- Pour the Creative Nature Chocolate Brownie Mix into a large mixing bowl along with your plant-based milk and melted dairy-free butter, then stir until smooth and chocolatey.
- Preheat your cake pop maker and spoon the brownie batter into each hole until just full. Close the lid and cook for 4–6 minutes, until firm on the outside but still fudgy in the middle. Remove carefully and allow to cool completely.
- Melt your dairy-free white chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, or in short microwave bursts, stirring often.
- Using a fork or skewer, dip each cooled brownie ball into the melted chocolate, turning to coat evenly. Place on a lined tray and chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes until set.
- Decorate with icing pens to create colourful irises and red veins, then add a chocolate chip or sweet for the pupil. Return to the fridge briefly if needed, then ENJOY your creepy, allergen-safe Eyeball Brownie Bites!
