ABC Packs
Introducing the ABC Packs: The Allergy Breakfast Club
The ABC Packs (Allergy Breakfast Club Packs) are a revolutionary tool designed to make breakfast clubs across the UK safer, more inclusive, and allergy-aware. Developed by the Benedict Blythe Foundation in partnership with Creative Nature, these free, downloadable packs provide everything schools, breakfast clubs, and caregivers need to support children with food allergies.
Our ABC Toolkit includes allergen guides, allergy-safe food labels, and fun, educational activities designed to help children understand and manage food allergies in a safe, supportive environment. This toolkit is being piloted in 100 schools across the Outcomes First Group, reaching children with diverse educational needs, including those with autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs.
Our mission is to ensure no child ever feels excluded due to their food allergies. With practical tools and clear guidance, the ABC Packs aim to foster an environment where every child can enjoy a safe and inclusive start to their day — and where breakfast clubs become a place of joy and safety for all.
