Melting Chocolate Snowmen

Ingredients

  • 1 Creative Nature Chocolate Cake Baking Mix
  • 110ml Vegetable Oil
  • 250ml Plant Based Milk/Milk
  • 250g Icing Fondant
  • 150g Large Marshmellows
  • Black and Orange Icing Pens

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine the baking mix with the wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
  3. Distribute the mixture within 6 muffin cases
  4. Place in the oven for 25-30 minutes
  5. Once cooked allow to cool for 20 minutes before decorating
  6. Roll out your icing fondant and create 6 circles out of the icing to cover the top of the cupcake.
  7. Place the marshmallow on top. Make these stick by adding a little bit of water to the bottom of the marshmallow.
  8. Add on all the features to the snowman’s face and drawing on the arms and the buttons as well.
  9. They are now ready to eat! ENJOY
