This baking mix is so easy to make only requiring 3 ingredients for both the vegan and standard recipe that is found on the back of pack. You can also find a recipe for a delicious toffee sauce as well which takes this mix to a whole new level that we didn’t think was possible.
This is the perfect dessert for Christmas time and the best thing is is that everyone can enjoy this together around the same table. It is a baking mix for everyone.

Ingredients
- x1 Creative Nature Sticky Toffee Cake Mix
- 150 ml Plant Based Milk
- 50g Apple Sauce
- 80g Dairy Free Spread

Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan.
- In a large mixing bowl empty the sticky toffee cake mix, followed by the wet ingredients.
- Mix until all is combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased loaf tin and place in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Prepare the toffee sauce found on the back of pack if you would like.
- Allow to cool for around 10 minutes before serving.
- Enjoy!!
