  • Ingredients required on pack (typically oil, water/milk alternative)
  • 400 ml dairy-free vanilla or strawberry ice cream
  • Fresh strawberries (sliced)

Method

  1. Prepare the Victoria Sponge mix according to the packet instructions.
  2. Bake in a lined square tray rather than a round tin to create even slices.
  3. Allow the sponge to cool completely.
  4. Slice the sponge into rectangles or squares.
  5. Add a scoop of ice cream and sliced strawberries between two slices to create a sandwich..
  6. Freeze for 30–60 minutes before serving
