It’s so simple to pack your smoothie bowl with superfoods like our barley grass powder, making it a delicious and nutritious start to the day. There is just something about green food that makes you feel like you’re doing things right!
Why not top this smoothie with even more fresh fruit or your favourite cereal for that satisfying crunch, and St Patricks Day decorations are definitely encouraged!

Ingredients
- ¼ Ripe frozen avocado
- ½ Ripe frozen banana
- 1 small handful of spinach and kale
- ¼ Apple
- ¼ Mango
- 1 tsp Creative Nature Barley Grass Powder
- 100ml plant milk

- Add everything to your blender and blend together, adding a dash more milk if needed to loosen
- Spoon into your smoothie bowl and Top with what you like – we have used apple cut into the shape of a 4 leaf clover for St Patricks Day!
