- Creative Nature Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 200ml plant-based milk
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- (for serving) heart shaped chocolates, goji berries & chocolate nibs

In a mixing bowl, combine the mix with the plant-based milk and apple cider vinegar. Stir until smooth and fully combined.

Rest the batter for 2–3 minutes to allow it to thicken slightly.

Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Lightly grease if needed.

Cook the waffles by pouring the batter into the hot waffle iron. Close and cook for 3–5 minutes, or until golden and lightly crisp.

Serve warm and finish with dairy free chocolate hearts, goji berries and our cocoa chocolate nibs with a drizzle of honey to serve.
