Ingredients
- 1 pack Creative Nature Corn Bread mix
- Milk, oil & apple sauce as required on pack
- 200g shopped mushrooms
- 100g baby tomatoes
- 1 tsp chopped garlic

Method
- Mix together Creative Nature Corn Bread Mix with milk, oil & apple sauce as required on the pack.
- Fry up the chopped mushrooms, baby tomatoes and garlic
- Add the cooked mushrooms & tomatoes into the mix
- Pour mixture into a lined baking dish
- Decorate with rosemary and toppings of choice
- Bake in the oven for 25 minutes
- Allow time to cool before cutting into squares, enjoy!
