Chocolate Banana Heart Cupcakes

Its the season of love! We are getting creative at Creative Nature and what better way to show your love than through some delicious baking!

Each of these banana cupcakes is beautifully spongey, not only is it Top 14 Allergen Free with no may contains, but on the back of the pack it also gives a vegan alternative so that no-one has to miss out this valentines day!

Each cupcake is crowned with a swirl of chocolate icing, the sweetest heart sprinkles and squishy heart marshmallows – absolutely irresistible!

All you need is 2 extra ingredients, dairy free milk of your choice and vegetable oil!

Ingredients

  • Creative Nature Banana Bread Mix
  • 50g Dairy Free Spread
  • 3 Large Ripe Bananas
  • Vanilla extract or cinnamon (optional)

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
  2. Mash together the bananas and dairy free spread.
  3. Add the creative nature mix and stir well. Pop in a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  4. Pour mix into cupcake cases.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes and check they are completely cooked before removing from the oven.
  6. Leave to cool before decorating.
  7. Add your chocolate icing to your cupcakes.
  8. Decorate with your heart shaped sprinkles and marshmallows.
  9. Enjoy!
