Graveyard Chocolate Pudding

Halloween desserts don’t get much more fun than one you can make look like a tiny graveyard. This chocolate pudding layers rich, fudgy chocolate brownie with a creamy chocolate pudding, then gets topped with a layer of chocolate brownie crumbs, spooky sprinkles and a little tombstone to bring the whole thing to life.

Made with our Chocolate Brownie Mix, it’s the perfect dessert for Halloween parties, movie nights or when you want to turn an ordinary pudding into something a little more sinister. And, as always, it’s completely free from the top-14 allergens, so everyone can dig in.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Creative Nature Brownie Mix
  • 125g dairy-free butter
  • 75ml Plant milk
  • 1 block silken tofu
  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180º/350ºF/Gas Mark 4
  2. Melt the dairy-free butter, then add to a bowl the Creative Nature Brownie Mix, and plant milk
  3. Mix together before pouring into a lined baking tray
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes
  5. While the brownies are baking, make the chocolate pudding in a blender by adding the silken tofu, melted dark chocolate, and maple syrup
  6. Once the brownies are finished baking, allow time to cool before crumbling them up and get ready to layer
  7. In a glass jar, add layers of brownie crumble and chocolate pudding
  8. Top woth edible eyeballs and a coffin
  9. Pop into the fridge for 2 hours or overnight
  10. Enjoy!
