Ingredients
- 1 Pack Creative Nature Victoria Sponge Mix
- Water and oil as specified on pack
- 400 ml tin vegan cream
- 4-5 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 4-5 tbsp vanilla protein powder

Method
- Prepare the Victoria Sponge mix according to the packet instructions.
- Bake in oven-safe cupcake pans at the temperature stated on the pack until a skewer comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely.
- Open the chilled tin of vegan cream. Whip with vanilla protein powder and matcha until light and fluffy.
- Coat the outside of the cupcake evenly.
- For the tennis ball seam: cut out shapes from baking paper, lay these over the cupcakes, and dust matcha over.
- Peel off the baking paper and see the tennis ball come to life.
