Brownie Bliss Balls
Summer in the UK calls for long afternoons, picnic blankets, a bit of tennis on in the background, and snacks that come together without fuss.
These Brownie Bliss Balls do exactly that. You mix, roll, chill, and you’re done. Barely any baking, and almost no waiting around. Just rich, chocolatey bites that travel well, hold their shape, and fit easily into lunchboxes, park days, or a Wimbledon spread. As part of our #ChillWithCreativeNature series, this recipe keeps things straightforward and inclusive. It’s plant-based, allergen-friendly, and built for sharing – whether you’re at the garden table or on the go.
We hop you can share this with someone you love.

Method
- Before getting started: spread out the brownie mix on a baking tray and bake at 170 degrees for 5-7 min. Pre-cooking the mix allows for the perfect ‘no-bake’ recipes.
- Combine the brownie mix with seed butter and plant-based milk. Mix until a thick dough forms — it should hold its shape when pressed.
- If the mix is too dry, add milk one tablespoon at a time. If too wet, refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Roll into balls (approximately 30 g each).
- Roll in cacao powder to coat.
- Place on a lined tray and refrigerate for at least 15-30 minutes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
