Ingredients
- 1 pack Creative Nature Carrot Cake Mix
- Ingredients required on pack
- 165g grated carrot
- 70ml water
- 1tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 slab dairy free white chocolate
- 1 tsp Cinnamon

Method
- Prepare the carrot cake mix according to packet instructions.
- Pour the mixture into a donut shaped baking mould
- Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes
- While you wait melt 1 slab of dairy free white chocolate (for dipping!)
- Take the donuts out the oven, popping them out the mould.
- Allow time to cool before dipping the donuts in the melted chocolate
- Finish off with a dusting of cinnamon
- Enjoy!
