Ingredients

  • 1 pack Creative Nature Carrot Cake Mix
  • Ingredients required on pack
  • 165g grated carrot
  • 70ml water
  • 1tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 slab dairy free white chocolate
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Method

  1. Prepare the carrot cake mix according to packet instructions.
  2. Pour the mixture into a donut shaped baking mould
  3. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes 
  4. While you wait melt 1 slab of dairy free white chocolate (for dipping!)
  5. Take the donuts out the oven, popping them out the mould.
  6. Allow time to cool before dipping the donuts in the melted chocolate 
  7. Finish off with a dusting of cinnamon 
  8. Enjoy!
