Ingredients
- 1 pack Creative Nature Brownie Mix
- 50ml plant-based milk
- 75g dairy-free spread (melted)
- Allergen-safe green buttercream
- Coloured sprinkles or mini sugar balls (for baubles)
- Edible gold stars

Method
Bake the brownies: In a bowl, mix together the Brownie Mix, plant-based milk, and melted dairy-free spread until smooth. Pour into a circular tin and bake as directed on the pack. Leave to cool completely.
Shape the trees: Once cooled, slice the brownie round into 8 equal triangles, these will be your mini Christmas trees.
Decorate: Pipe green buttercream on each triangle to create the tree branches. Sprinkle with colourful balls as baubles and top with a gold star for the finishing touch.
