Bunny Tail Cupcakes

HAPPY EASTER! ⁠

We thought there would be no better way to celebrate Easter than with these adorable bunny inspired cupcakes as after all what would Easter be without the Easter bunny. ⁠

These are such a fun activity to do with friends and family and are so easy to make too. They will be sure to go down a treat with everyone. Easter is all about spending time with your friends and family and there is no better way than doing this than with food everyone can enjoy together.

As with all our mixes they are free from the top 14 allergens and 100% Vegan. They really do make the perfect inclusive Easter treat! Why not treat yourself to a few for some weekend baking!

Ingredients

  • 1 x Creative Nature Chocolate Cake Mix
  • 110ml Vegetable Oil
  • 60ml Plant Based Milk
  • 250g Vanilla Frosting
  • 100g White Fondant
  • 50g light pink fondant
  • 50g vegan mini marshmallows

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/400°F/Gas Mark 4.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix together the chocolate cake mix, milk and vegetable oil until combined.
  3. Spoon the batter into 6 cupcake cases and pop in the oven for about 25 mins, then remove and allow to cool.
  4. Whilst your cakes are cooling, use your white and pink fondant to make bunny feet.
  5. Once the cakes are cooled, pipe the frosting into the centre of the cupcake in a circular motion.
  6. Add two fondant bunny feet to the edges and a marshmallow on top for the bunny’s tail.
  7. ENJOY!!
